Dealing with failing Hard Drives or RAID drives need not be a stressful situation. I was recently faced with a RAID data recovery emergency and went about trying to resolve the issue myself – the worst idea ever. So I decided to write this blog entry and tell you all about how NOT to handle a data recovery situation (my way) and what you should rather do if you find yourself with a failed drive.
